Way back in 1978, I was eight years old, it was a rainy day and I was really sick. So I was laying on the couch and watching the cooking shows on PBS. Julia Child was on. I don't remember what she made, but I saw her Kitchenaid stand mixer and I knew I needed one.Fast forward to January 2022. I'm in an extended care facility healing from an above the knee amputation. Scrolling through Amazon doing some retail therapy. That's when I came across the MiniAngel stand mixer. A little smaller than what Julia used. It came with the same three attachments that the Kitchenaid stand mixer comes with (mixing paddle, whisk and dough hook).It also came with the splatter guard and a mixing bowl with high sides and notches to keep it steady in the machine base. Plus it came in my favorite color of YELLOW! All this for roughly a quarter of the price of the Kitchenaid stand mixer. I bought it and I LOVE it. I have no regrets.The mixer uses planetary rotation so you don't have to stop the mixer to scrape the inside of the bowl.It's lightweight so it's easy to move from one countertop to another.The suction cups on the base keep it from walking around the countertop.I had no problem changing from the mixing paddle to dough hook. It did an excellent job making my cookie dough.The cleaning was super easy too. I washed the attachments in regular dishwater with no problem. The machine I just wiped down with a warm damp wash cloth.For me this is a great mixer.For more advanced bakers/chefs it may not be the best choice. It only comes with the standard three attachments of mixing paddle, whisk and dough hook. That's it. It has no extra attachments and no way to use other attachments with it.If you need to use it as a pasta maker, sausage grinder or anything else like that, you would need to pay the extra money for a Kitchenaid stand mixer.But for the simple bakers like me or for a brand new baker's first mixer it's an awesome deal.I just got the mixer and started a new batch of sourdough bagel dough. This is a very dry dough- 48% hydration; the machine powered right through the mixing. We will see how long it lasts.Like it’s price like the overall design suction is great until you want to Move it maybe needs a pull up feature to un suction from surface / the tilt head you need keep hand on to the head of mixer and tab and move both and use the same to lower tilt head not sure if that would hold up or snap off after awhile ? But use the tab ( handle to do both up and down tilt ) and the shield don’t always line up when lowering back down so that can slip off or stop the mixer lowering properly down . And align on bowl .. overall I think I will like this better than holding my hand mixer which is a very strong mixer as well I m older and don’t have strength to hold my mixer long time / and I like the design metal gears and capabilities this should have warranty is very good by angelI just got this a little over a month ago and it's done everything I have asked of it. From pizza dough to whipping egg whites, this little mixer won't let you downA cute stand mixer with a strong motor. It works great but does not weigh too much.I was pretty skeptical with it being small and cheaper than most but it works well, it’s super cute, pretty powerful. I’ve used it a lot!I love this mixer. It does great for making cakes. The suction is fantastic.I only have one complaint, paddle for the mixer is a little too narrow for bowl causing frosting, cake batter, and any other powder substance to just stick to the bowl without being mixed. Scraping the bowl about 4 times vs once with a kitchenaid. About an entire 1/2 inch too narrow. Still worth the money in my opinion:)After so long manage to get dough maker or mixer. This mixer si mini or a bit smaller version,since I live on my own it cater me perfectly. This is something I like due to space issue,I have limited space in the kitchen that This mixer is what I'm looking for.Comes with three attachments.So far I've used only the one for dough and im very pleased with it.Noise wise it's bearable compared to the supermarkets brand I had before. It has 10 speed.Ive noticed that cable wise is long enough which is very important to me.The suction power is excellent as it doesn't move at all despite using on its highest or maximum speed.*EDIT* Turns out I'm the fool, the dough hook is secreted within the polystyrene, as I can't bear the feel of polystyrene, I didn't touch it to investigate. The seller was incredibly quick at coming back to me though to inform me of where to look.So now that I have used it I can fully review. This is a good size and it worked really well for kneading my bread, it is quite loud and does get a little warm after 10 minutes but for the price, you really can't complain.Bought this solely for the dough hook as I have broken my hand and am unable to knead bread. Opened it up and while it says "mini" it is absolutely the right size for a family baker like myself. Unfortunately the " 3 IN 1 Tilt-Head Food Mixer with Dough Hook" did not come with a dough hook but a spatula (not listed) instead and therefore is zero use to me whatsoever. I have contacted the seller and will update the review if the part is sent and I can make use of the machine, else it will be returned.It's my first stand mixer, really wanted to have a leading brand mini version but was way to expensive. I do bake cakes once a week plus do pizza and bread occasionally. I was trilled with fruit yeast cake, the cake mixture was well combined, smooth, created very light moisture cake. It's very difficult to get it right with hand mixer. Classic Victoria sponge and muffins were good, same as chocolate whipped cream with mascarpone, it literally took no time to prepare them. Was also pleased with Neapolitan pizza dough, smooth and light. One down side, mixer was choking on the wholemeal bread with seeds, too much heavy ingredients for small mixerAcquistata come regalo per la mia ragazza, prodotto molto interessante, ho optato per questa versione da 1300W da 5L in quanto siamo solo in due in casa, ma a quanto pare le quantità che si possono produrre sono ben più che sufficienti; compatta, silenziosa e sebbene non sembri è davvero molto solida e potente, per il prezzo pagato è davvero un buon prodotto, mia madre che produce dolci in quantità pure l'ha apprezzata e la preferisce alla sua da 7 litri per via della sua versatilità, unico difetto è che da quando l'abbiamo presa mangiamo solo pizza e dolci, dovremmo smetterla, ma va bene così; buoni gli accessori interni, buona anche la rumorosità (meno watt = meno casino) e molto soddisfatti noi, consigliata!!! voto 5 stelle!recently got myself into baking and trying out all sorts of food and with the help of this mixer I have managed to prepare everything at ease with all the speed settings it has at its availability. Its size is also convenient as it doesn't take up so space in the kitchen. Have been using it for several times now and being easy to clean up makes me want to use it more often. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.
